Soar at 34

first of all, Happy 34th birthday to my school! I'm so happy to finally get the chance to blog about this: our annual school fair!

so many people from other schools talk about our fair and how fun it always is. And it's true! This year was the most fun of all, in my opinion. Our school fairs are mostly just food booths, some inflatable castles, and some games you can play to win goldfish or ducklings or little toys. 3 days was all it was, but I really wish it was longer than that!

This year, some friends and I were lucky enough to get a Gimmick booth. (They do these in most schools, but i'm just gonna go right ahead and explain it anyway) So the point is, if you have a Gimmick booth, you get to go around with karate belts and catch people walking around the fair grounds. If you catch them, they have to pay you 10 pesos, or else, suffer the consequence. Now, there are different consequences for each booth, and my booth's theme was Rocky (you know, the boxing movie) so our consequence was physical fitness and whatnot. Bummer, i didn't get the High School Musical booth, where you have to sing a song from the movie at the top of your lungs, or the Titanic booth, where you have to go up to any person you don't know and sing "My Heart Will Go On" to them with emotions. Those would have been fun consequences to make people do. If any of my booth members are somewhere reading this, thanks for the amazing fair! :)
